This street will be closed from 7am to 11pm Monday to Friday through November 27, 2025 for installation of the new13kv feeders across Harlem River.

FDR Drive between Montgomery Street and East 15 Street

Single-lane northbound and/or southbound will be closed Monday to Thursday from 10pm to 5am next morning, Saturday from 12:01am to 9am, and Sunday from 1am to 11am. Double-lane will be closed Tuesday to Friday from 1am to 5am, Saturday from 1am to 7am, and Sunday from 1am to 7am. These closures are necessary to facilitate median reconstruction and will continue through August 15, 2026.

FDR Drive Southbound between Jackson Street and Cherry Street

Single-lane will be closed Friday from 11pm to 7am next morning, and Sunday from 11pm to 10am next morning. Double-lane will be closed Tuesday to Friday from 1am to 5am, Saturday from 1am to 6am, and Sunday from 1am to 7am. These closures are necessary to facilitate East Side Coastal Resiliency Project and will continue through September 11, 2026.

Battery Park Underpass between FDR Drive and Route 9A/West Street

Periodically the northbound and/or southbound tube will be fully closed nightly between 11pm and 4am, as permitted by NYCDOT Bridges for tunnel maintenance and repairs through December 31, 2025.

Williamsburg Bridge

Starting on the weekends of November 7 and December 13, 2025 there will be two lanes closed in the eastbound direction of the Williamsburg Bridge approach near Broadway and the South 5 Street exit ramps, and one lane in the westbound direction starting Friday from 11pm until Monday 4am. Access to the eastbound Brooklyn Queens Expressway, Broadway, and South 5 street exit ramps will be maintained at all times. There will be 15-minute full roadway closures on the hour to safely transport track panels above the roadway. This work is necessary to facilitate the replacement of the Jamaica line train tracks as permitted by NYCT.

A single lane will be closed in either direction from 11pm to 5am Monday October 20th, and intermittently through Friday November 14th, 2025. One lane of traffic in each direction will be maintained at all times. During repairs, the bike lanes will be open on both directions. These closures are necessary for conducting continued repairs on Greenpoint Avenue Bridge, as permitted by NYCDOT Bridges.

Borden Avenue Bridge over Newtown Creek

A full bridge closure will take place intermittently from 11pm Monday to 5am Friday November 28th, 2025. All vehicular and pedestrian traffic will be diverted to adjacent bridges over Newtown Creek. Traffic will return to its original configuration after work hours. These closures are necessary for continued repairs on the Borden Avenue Bridge over Newtown Creek, as permitted by NYCDOT Bridges.

Pulaski Bridge over Newtown Creek

Single lane will be closed in each direction northbound and southbound (not at the same time) will be closed weeknights from 11pm to 5am Monday to Friday November 21st, 2025. At least one lane in each direction will be maintained. Traffic will return to its original configuration after work hours. Single-lane eastbound will be closed Monday to Friday from 10am to 2pm, Monday to Thursday from 10pm to 5am next morning, Friday from 10pm to 7am next morning, Saturday from 10am to 3pm and from 10pm to 3pm next day. Double-lane eastbound will be closed Monday to Friday from 12:01am to 5am, Saturday from 1am to 6am, and Sunday from 1am to 9am. Single-lane westbound will be closed Monday to Friday from 10am to 3pm, Monday to Thursday from 10pm to 5am next morning, Friday from 10pm to 6am next morning, Saturday from 10am to 3pm and from 10pm to 3pm next day. Double-lane eastbound will be closed Monday to Friday from 12:01am to 5am, Saturday from 12:01am to 6am, and Sunday from 1am to 9am. These closures are necessary to facilitate Safety and Mobility Improvements and will continue through April 23, 2026.

Grand Central Parkway Eastbound between Roosevelt Avenue and 54 Avenue

Eastbound mainline will be closed for 15 minutes at a time, Monday to Friday from 12:01am to 5am, Saturday from 1am to 6am, and Sunday from 1am to 9am through April 23, 2026, to facilitate sign structure removal and installation. Mainline shoulder lanes will be closed 24/7 along the project limit to replace sections with traversable curbs and guiderail.

Belmont Park Bridge over Cross Island Parkway

As of Monday September 29th, to Friday October 24th, 2025, an alternate single-lane closure in either the right or left lane will take place from 7am to 3:30pm and Northbound Cross Island Parkway right lane will be closed with lane shifts 24/7 for approximately 12 weeks. One 12-foot lane will remain open for two-way traffic, with flaggers at both ends of the work zone. These closures are necessary for continued repairs on the Belmont Park south Ramp over the Cross Island Parkway as permitted by NYCDOT Bridges.

Hillside Avenue Bridge over Cross Island Parkway

Alternating single-lane closures in either direction on the Cross Island Parkway will take place Monday October 20th through Friday November 14th, 2025, weeknights from 9pm to 5am. Traffic will return to its original configuration after work hours. These closures are necessary to continue the rehabilitation of the Hillside Avenue Bridge as permitted by NYCDOT Bridges.

Springfield Boulevard Bridge over Belt Southern Parkway between North Conduit Avenue and South Conduit Avenue

Single-lane and double-lanes on the Belt Parkway will be closed Monday October 27th, 2025, 10pm to 5am weekdays (single-lane closure) and 1am to 5am (double-lane closure) through Friday November 21st, 2025, for the continued rehabilitation of the eastern sidewalk of the Springfield Boulevard Bridge. One lane in each direction will be maintained. Traffic lanes will return to normal configuration after work hours.

Roosevelt Avenue Bridge

One northbound lane on the Van Wyck will continue to be closed and a double lane closure on the southbound of the Van Wyck Expressway will continue to be closed through November 26th, from 11:59pm to 5am Southbound, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 11pm to 5am Southbound, Friday from 11:59pm to 6am Southbound. In addition, two northbound and one southbound lane will remain open during these closures. These closures are necessary to facilitate steel repair work for Roosevelt Avenue Bridge.

Nassau Expressway between Cross Bay Boulevard Entrance Ramp and Exit 2N

Single-lane eastbound will be closed Monday to Thursday from 10am to 3pm and 9pm to 5am next morning, Friday from 10pm to 7am next morning, and Saturday from 10pm to 7am next morning. Double-lane eastbound will be closed Monday to Friday from 12:01am to 5am, Saturday from 12:01am to 7am, and Sunday from 12:01am to 7am. Eastbound Exit Ramp 2S will be closed Monday to Thursday from 11pm to 7am next morning, Friday from 11pm to 7am next morning, and Saturday from 11pm to 7am next morning. These closures are necessary to facilitate JFK Redevelopment Program and will continue through December 31, 2025.
