Check Case Status

There are two ways to check the status of a Case:

1. Enter the Case Number in the format of 'DOT-123456-A1B2', or
2. Enter an address or drag to a location on the map.
• Select the topic if you want to narrow down your issues.
• If you cannot find your Case on the map, please search by Case Number.

You will not be able to check the status of a 311 Service Request on this page. You can Look Up a Service Request, if you previously submitted a 311 Service Request. Click here to submit a new Case.
