The East Side Coastal Resiliency (ESCR) project team provides regular construction updates at various community events and meetings, including local community boards and meetings of the ESCR Community Advisory Group (CAG). The East Side Coastal Resiliency project team provides updates at Manhattan Community Board 3's Parks, Recreation, Waterfront & Resiliency Committee meetings, and at Manhattan Community Board 6's Land Use & Waterfront Committee meetings.
