PA2 Construction Notices

Project Area 2 (PA2) encompasses work between East 15th Street and East 25th Street including Asser Levy Playground, Stuyvesant Cove Park, Murphy Brothers Playground, as well as local streets around the Con Edison facility. While punch list items are ongoing throughout the project area, PA2 reached substantial completion in October 2024. We hope you have a chance to explore the new parks and amenities!

PA2 Weekly Construction Bulletin

NOTE: While punch list items continue across the project area, SANDRESM2 reached substantial completion in October 2024 and most major construction activities have concluded. Future Bulletins and Advisories will be issued on an as needed basis, in lieu of a weekly Bulletin.
