Sunday May 4th Street Closures for Five Borough Bike Tour

The New York City Department of Transportation (DOT) today announced rolling street closures will take place on Sunday May 4th throughout the City to facilitate the Annual Five Borough Bike Tour. Starting at 8:00 a.m. at Battery Park in Manhattan rolling street closures will follow the bike tour through Manhattan, the Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn and Staten Island until 5 p.m. Closures will affect portions of Church Street, Sixth Avenue, Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard, the Madison Avenue Bridge, the Third Avenue Bridge, the FDR Drive, the Queensboro Bridge, Vernon Boulevard, the Pulaski Bridge, the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway, the Belt Parkway, the Verrazano Narrows Bridge and Bay Street, amongst others.

The Staten Island Ferry will also be operating with additional boats to accommodate the Tour.
