The New York City Department of Transportation (DOT) in conjunction with the Department of Sanitation (DOS) announced today that effective Thursday, February 3, 2005 Alternate Side Parking (ASP) regulations will be in effect Citywide.

Please note: ASP was suspended Thursday, January 20 through Wednesday, February 2, 2005.
