The New York City Department of Transportation (DOT) in conjunction with the Department of Sanitation (DOS) announced today that effective Friday, December 23, 2005 Alternate Side Parking (ASP) regulations will be in effect Citywide. Alternate Side Parking regulations were suspended on Tuesday December 20th thru Thursday December 22nd as part of the Transit Strike contingency plan.
