Downloading Calendar Files

iCal or Calendar (Mac OS X app)

  1. Click on this link and save the file, taking note of where.
  2. Go to the file and double-click on it. (If a program other than iCal opens, return to the file, select it and go to the File menu and select Open With > iCal.)
  3. Select your desired calendar.

Google Calendar

  1. Click on this link and save the file, taking note of where. Then
  2. follow these instructions from Google.

Outlook 2010

  1. Click on this link and save the file, taking note of where.
  2. In Outlook, click the File tab and select Open.
  3. Click on Import/Export and select "Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar (.vcs)".
  4. Select the file. Choose to either import as a new calendar or add to an existing calendar.

Outlook 2000 or 2003

  1. Right click on this link and save the file, taking note of where.
  2. Start Outlook.
  3. On the File menu, click Import and Export.
  4. In the Import Wizard dialog box, click Import from another program or file, and then click Next.
  5. Click Comma Separated Values (Windows), and then click Next.
  6. In the File to import box, click Browse, and then locate the calendar file. Click OK.
  7. Click the Calendar folder, and then click Next.
  8. In the Import a file dialog box, click to select the check box that describes the import action in the The following actions will be performed box. The Map Custom Fields dialog box will open.
  9. Click OK, and then click Finish.
