Burial Allowance

HRA may be able to help cover burial expenses after the loss of a relative or friend. The Office of Burial Services will assist you. This application must be completed and returned by mail, In-person at the new address below, by email at BurialServices@hra.nyc.gov, or by fax at (917) 639-0476.
