I have an Active Cash Assistance Case
If you are currently receiving Cash Assistance (CA) Benefits, then you can connect your ACCESS HRA Account to your CA case and request assistance with Child Care online.
Log in to ACCESS HRA (you can use the same account that you used on MyCity if you do not already have one)
Complete your account setup by providing your SSN or CIN to find your Cash Assistance case
Click "Request a CA Case Change or Emergency Grant" on your Benefit Dashboard.
Select the "Add or Change Child Care" card to begin a request!
If you are not currently receiving Cash Assistance (CA) benefits but you are still receiving child care benefits through that case, then you can request changes to your Child Care such as to change the children receiving child care or change the provider by contacting the Administration for Children's Services (ACS) at:
