With the launch of DOB’s Small Business Support Team (SBST) one-on-one guidance to small business owners and entrepreneurs planning on opening a new place of business, renovating an existing one, or needing answers to project-specific inquiries is provided at no additional cost.

Gas piping system certification is extended to June 30, 2022 for buildings in Community Districts 2, 5, 7, 13 and 18 throughout the City (excludes 1 or 2 family homes). Owners must submit a GPS2 form before the new deadline.
