You need an NYC.ID account to use DOB NOW: Inspections Plus. To create an NYC.ID account, visit nyc.gov/dobnowtips for resources and step-by-step instructions.

After registering for an NYC.ID account, you can use Inspections Plus to:

• Request new inspections
• Request re-inspections
• View and respond to objections
• Upload documentation to certify objections
• Manage delegates
• Cancel inspections
• Request a Withdrawal Inspection
• View and manage inspections for associated permits
