Bay Street Corridor Rezoning - Environmental Impact Statement

On April 11, 2019, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued PDF Document Notice of Completion for a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Bay Street Corridor Rezoning and Related Actions proposal.

A public hearing on the DEIS wias held on Wednesday, February 27, 2019, at 10:00 am in the City Planning Commission Hearing Room at 120 Broadway, Lower Concourse, New York, NY 10271, in conjunction with the City Planning Commission’s public hearing pursuant to ULURP. The public hearing will also consider modifications to the Proposed Actions (ULURP Nos. N190114(A) ZRR and C190179(A) HAR). Comments were requested on the DEIS and were accepted through Monday, March 11, 2019. The FEIS incorporates responses to the public comments received on the DEIS and updated analysis conducted subsequent to the completion of the DEIS.
