M/WBE Reports

The M/WBE program is administered by MOCS and the Department of Small Business Services (SBS) in partnership with the Mayor's Office of M/WBEs (OM/WBE). MOCS publishes reports that detail the City’s contracting with City-certified M/WBEs and Certification M/WBE Procurement Forecast Resources M/WBE Reports progress on Citywide participation goals. Key reports include: Local Law 1 Contracting, Annual OneNYC M/WBE Initiative and M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchases.

LL1 M/WBE Compliance Reports

As of Fiscal Year 2014, MOCS is required to publish quarterly reports on the progress of the M/WBE Program under Local Law 1.

OneNYC M/WBE Reports

Mayor Eric Adams has set a four-year goal of awarding $25 billion to M/WBEs by both Mayoral and City Affiliated entities between Fiscal Year 2023-2026, and eight-year goal of awarding $60 billion to M/WBEs by Fiscal Year 2030. MOCS will be tracking citywide progress annually in the OneNYC M/WBE Bulletin.
