Under Local Law 128 of 2021, business entities, such as corporations, partnerships, and Limited Liability Companies (LLC), can apply for a Newsstand license starting March 21, 2022.
Existing licensees can request to transfer a Newsstand license in your name to the name of your business. You must submit 1)
Request to Hold Newsstand License as a Business Entity and 2) supporting documents.
Only submit these documents if you have formed a business entity and would like to take advantage of this opportunity.
