Beware of Rental Junk Fees Lurking in the Water
DCWP launched a multilingual ad campaign promoting the Fairness in Apartment Rental Expenses (FARE) Act. The law prohibits brokers who represent landlords from charging broker fees to tenants (renters) and requires landlords or their agents to disclose all fees in their listings and rental agreements.
