Parks and Recreation
The Parks and Recreation Committee routinely reviews projects, programs and services affecting the neighborhood parks and parkland within the district. The Committee also serves as a forum for organizations and community groups that oversee community gardens.
Meets: the third or fourth Monday of every other month or as needed. Please check the board's calendar or contact the district office to confirm the next committee meeting date and time. The Environmental Protection/Transportation/Sanitation and Parks and Recreation Committees meet jointly.
