Finance & Procurement

The Finance & Procurement Division provides financial and fiscal support to DDC’s operations. It ensures that the operating divisions have the resources they need to function efficiently and effectively. The units within the Division include the Agency Chief Contracting Office, which oversees the procurement of DDC’s construction and professional service contracts; and Budget and Finance, which develops budget and change order strategies for meeting the agency’s capital commitment plan.
