Law

The Law division at DDC provides legal counsel for our procurement and business transactions. Our legal staff negotiates, structures, and prepares agreements entered into by DDC, manages outside counsel, and works closely with the City on litigation-related matters. In addition, our legal team gives advice and drafts legislative and regulatory solutions to shape and implement initiatives.
