- Master and Special Electrician Original and Renewal License Applicants Subject to OATH/ECB Civil Penalties Review
In compliance with Local Law 47 of 2016, a Master or Special Electrician license will not be issued or renewed if the applicant owes penalties imposed by the NYC Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings/Environmental Control Board (OATH/ECB), as well as other fines or penalties payable to the City of New York (City).
