Registrants

To conduct business with the Department, certain titles must register to obtain a Department-issued Identification Card. Get the required information for your registraint title:

• Concrete Safety Manager
• Concrete Testing Lab
• Construction Superintendent
• Contractor
• Filing Representative
• Safety Registration Number
• Special Inspection Agency

Registrants must authenticate or create an NYC.ID account to be eligible for online registration renewal submission. To create an NYC.ID account, visit nyc.gov/dobnowtips for resources and step-by-step instructions. Registrants who qualify for online renewal must submit their application via the DOB NOW portal located at nyc.gov/dobnow.
