On October 22, 2021, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a Notice of Completion for a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for Starrett-Lehigh and Terminal Warehouse.
The Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) and its Notice of Completion were issued on June 21, 2021. A public hearing on the DEIS was held on September 22, 2021, at the City Planning Commission Hearing Room, Lower Level, 120 Broadway, New York, NY 10271, accessible in person and remotely in conjunction with the City Planning Commission’s citywide public hearing pursuant to ULURP. Written comments on the DEIS were requested and received by the Lead Agency through October 4, 2021. The FEIS addresses all substantive comments made on the DEIS during the public hearing and subsequent comment period and incorporates updated analysis conducted subsequent to the completion of the DEIS.
