Crotona Park East/West Farms Rezoning - Final Environmental Impact Statement

On August 26, 2011, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a PDF Document Notice of Completion for a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Crotona Park East/West Farms Rezoning project.

A public hearing was held on Wednesday July 27, 2011 at 10:00AM in Spector Hall, at the Department of City Planning located at 22 Reade Street, New York, New York 10007. Comments on the DEIS were requested and received by the lead agency until Monday, August 8, 2011.  The FEIS incorporates responses to the public comments received on the DEIS and additional analysis conducted subsequent to the completion of the FEIS.
