We are excited to announce that NYCHA has opened a PACT Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) for Howard Houses

Through this RFEI, NYCHA seeks proposals for Howard Houses to provide comprehensive repairs, improved property management, and enhanced social services, while preserving resident rights and maintaining permanent affordability.

2025 NYCHA Development Partnership Opportunities: Request for Expressions of Interest & Creative Solutions

We are excited to announce that NYCHA has opened a Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) for Development Partnership Opportunities.

Through this RFEI, NYCHA seeks to advance its work as a public developer by expanding its portfolio through the development of more low-income, affordable housing for public housing residents and low-to-moderate income New Yorkers. Specifically, NYCHA seeks to partner with developers and landowners across the city to unlock new construction and preservation opportunities on both properties adjacent to NYCHA land and other properties throughout the five boroughs.

NYCHA's 2024 Pre-Qualified PACT Partner List

We are excited to announce the 2024 Pre-Qualified PACT Partner list (in response to RFQ# 502073). NYCHA’s Real Estate Department has identified Developers, Property Managers, and General Contractors for the PACT program. Pre-Qualified partners will participate in delivering significant investments to NYCHA’s stock of public housing through the PACT program.

RFP for Real Estate Appraisal & Advisory Services
Use NYCHA’s iSupplier site to locate RFP # 507442

NYCHA’s Real Estate Development Department seeks proposals from real estate firms to provide NYCHA with real estate appraisal services and/or real estate advisory services to assist NYCHA with a variety of real estate development activities as detailed more fully within the RFP. Proposers may submit a Proposal for Advisory Services, Appraisal Services, or both Advisory Services and Appraisal Services.

Submission Deadline

Proposals must be successfully submitted into iSupplier in final form no later than 2 p.m. on April 22, 2025. Proposals which are saved in iSupplier as a “draft” but not successfully submitted will not be considered. Proposers should refer to Section IV of the RFP for details on Proposal submission requirements.

Please note- beginning Spring 2025, all vendors will be required to have a NYC.gov account (NYC.ID) to access NYCHA’s iSupplier and eComply systems. This change will improve security and simplify access with a single log in for City systems.
