The block assignments include two fields: BLOCK and District ID, where block is represented by the concatenation of a two-digit state FIPS code (36), three-digit county code, six-digit 2010 Redistricting Census TIGER/Line tract code, and four-digit 2010 Redistricting Census TIGER/Line tabulation block code. The field named "District ID" contains the City Council district associated with a specific block observation.
