Commissioning

As required per ECC Section C408, commissioning is required for renewable energy and energy storage systems, and must include photovoltaic and thermal systems, where either system is equal to or in excess of 25 KW.

NYC Property Tax Abatement

Solar installations in NYC may be eligible for property tax abatement (PTA) for qualifying solar electric system expenditures.  For eligibility and submission requirements to qualify for PTA, please visit the Sustainable CUNY web site.
