Our Primary Care Office Practice forms an integral part of the Hospital and they utilize our state-of-the-art medical technology. We deliver high quality medical care including general health care and management of chronic diseases such as diabetes and congestive heart failure. When a specialist is needed, referrals are made to a Coney Island Hospital consulting physician.
