Our staff is consistently assigned to the same location and develops personal relationships with the residents in their care. Our Fine Dining Program and rolling salad bar give the resident the experience of living in the community. We have begun the redesign of our units to reflect the personal characteristics of our guests. Staff and residents are empowered to make local decisions about everyday life.
