On January 22, 2016, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a Notice of Completion for a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Zoning for Quality and Affordability Text Amendment.
A public hearing on the DEIS was held on Wednesday, December 16, 2015, at 9:00 AM in the National Museum of the American Indian at the historic Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House located at One Bowling Green, in Lower Manhattan, in conjunction with the City Planning Commission’s citywide public hearing pursuant to ULURP. Written comments on the DEIS were requested and were accepteded by the Lead Agency until 5 pm on Monday, December 28, 2015. The FEIS incorporates responses to comments received on the DEIS subsequent to the completion of the DEIS.
