606 West 57th Street - Final Environmental Impact Statement

On March 7, 2014, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a PDF Document Notice of Completion for a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for 606 West 57th Street.

A public hearing on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) was held on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at 10:00 AM in Spector Hall, at the Department of City Planning, 22 Reade Street, in conjunction with the City Planning Commission’s citywide public hearing pursuant to ULURP. Comments were requested on the DEIS and accepted until Monday, February 3, 2014. The FEIS incorporates responses to the public comments received on the DEIS and additional analysis conducted subsequent to the completion of the DEIS.
