Please resubmit your documents as follows:
1) Inquries and questions can be sent via email to the Plan.
2) Forms/documents can be sent via email to NEWYRK@VOYAPLANS.com. Please only include the last 4 digits of your Social Security number, along with your name and address on all forms. Forms can also be faxed to 844-299-2362.
3) All checks must be mailed to the Plan's Lockbox. Please use the address indicated on the form you are submitting.

IMPORTANT: 2021 IRA contributions must be received by the NYCE IRA Administrative Office prior to the tax filing deadline of April 18, 2022. In order for your contribution to be attributed to tax year 2021, the NYCE IRA Administrative Office must be in receipt of your contribution by April 8, 2022.
