The Management Benefits Fund dental provider is Administrative Services Only, Inc. (ASO), which also administers the MBF Superimposed Major Medical Program (SMMP).
Your In-Network Panel Dentist Options:
With ASO, you have access to various In Network dental options: ASO/Metrodent Select, Careington, Dentemax and Anthem PPO Access Networks. Together, these networks offer thousands of participating dental locations, giving MBF members plenty of choices for In Network care. More than 90% of MBF patients already use dentists who participate in at least one of these networks. MBF members can also look up their dentist’s network participation directly on the website, ASOMBF.com. The site will show which network(s) the dentist is affiliated with, helping MBF members confirm whether the visit will be considered In Network.
The table below outlines the benefit:

Note: The Management Benefits Fund (MBF) does not recommend or endorse any particular dentist. Remember, you are responsible for selecting the dentist of your choice, participating or non-participating, and you should exercise the same care and apply the same criteria in selecting a participating dentist that you would in selecting a non-participating dentist.
Because many providers may practice at a site which is listed as participating, you should verify the participation status of the dentist who is actually providing treatment. Be sure to identify yourself as an eligible member of the Management Benefits Fund and confirm that the dentist is an MBF participating dentist.
