2024 CoC NOFO Awards
On January 17th, 2025, HUD announced the 2024 NOFO awards. The NYC CoC was awarded 165 projects, totaling $173,695,665, an increase of $153,194 from the prior year. Project recipients will be contacted independently about the status of their awards.
HUD has not yet begun to issue FY24 contracts. If you have questions, please contact us at nyc.coc@dss.nyc.gov.
2025 Grant Inventory Worksheet (GIW)
The GIW (released 06.18.25) is a record of all grants within the NYC CoC's geographic area that are eligible for renewal funding in the 2025 NOFO. Click here to learn more about the GIW. All renewal projects (including 2024 NOFO awardees are required to approve their listing in the GIW (via survey) by 5pm on Tuesday, July 8th (07.08.25).
If changes are required, a GIW Change Form must be submitted to HUD and the NYC CoC.
If a project intends to reallocate all or part of their grant, a formal letter must be submitted to the NYC COC.
