Quarterly Performance Reviews

Moving forward, the NYC CoC will be conducting quarterly performance reviews for all projects participating in the Annual CoC Evaluation. The goal of the quarterly performance reviews is for the HMIS team and the Performance Quality  Improvement Committee (PQI) to provide projects with timely feedback and targeted technical assistance for data entry and performance throughout the year.

Quarterly reviews will be completed for each quarter of the fiscal year (Q1: January - March, Q2: April - June, Q3: July - September, Q4: October - December).
