Payment Initiatives 

  • FY26 advances: Nonprofit providers contracted with the city will receive a record $5 billion in advance payments during Fiscal Year (FY) 2026, delivering much-needed upfront resources to organizations that provide critical services to the most vulnerable New Yorkers
    • ADD COPY Explain who is eligible, when you can expect to receive advances, and link agency specific pages with recoupment schedule or overall FAQ with recoupment schedules
  • Returnable Grant Fund (MOCS): Access to interest-free, service fee-free loans for human service providers contracting with the City
