PASSPort Reports
The below reports consists of information on entities that are enrolled in PASSPort, or have active, final records in PASSPort, but have not yet enrolled. For entities that have not yet enrolled, information will be displayed only in the "Performance Evaluation Report" and the "Online Complete Entity Summary Report" (only if the entity has final Performance Evaluations in PASSPort).
Please be advised that vendors may have uploaded attachments to supplement information provided in their PASSPort disclosure questionnaires which may not be included in these reports. These reports are updated monthly. Information on vendor contracts with the City of New York can be found on Checkbook NYC.
Online Complete Entity Summary Report
The Online Complete Entity Summary report displays basic vendor information on entities that are enrolled in PASSPort, or have final Performance Evaluations in PASSPort, but have not yet enrolled. Information on vendor contracts with the City of New York can be found on Checkbook NYC.
Complete Entity Summary Report
Displays current principal owners and officers (as defined in the PASSPort Glossary) disclosed by the vendor. Entities that appear below have enrolled in PASSPort and disclosed responsive information.
Parent entities that do not do business with the City are not required to fill out Principal Questionnaires; those entities appear in this report with blank fields.

Performance Evaluation Report
Displays summary information of finalized Performance Evaluations with overall rating for the vendor. Entities that appear below have final Performance Evaluations in PASSPort.
Performance Evaluation Report
Current Related Entities Report
Displays current parent/controlling entities, affiliates, and controlled entities (as defined in the PASSPort Glossary) disclosed by the vendor. Entities that appear below have enrolled in PASSPort and disclosed responsive information.
Current Related Entities Report
Displays any DBA, trade name, or abbreviation other than the entity’s name, as currently disclosed by the vendor. Entities that appear below have enrolled in PASSPort and disclosed responsive information.
