My Vaccine Record to access their own or their children's official immunization records from the Citywide Immunization Registry.

NYC Health + Hospitals (H+H)
IDNYC cardholders are now able to link their individual IDNYC cards with their H+H records at all H+H hospitals, community health centers, and long term care facilities (not available at neighborhood clinics). This will allow H+H patients to access their medical records using the IDNYC card and will streamline the check-in process.
