IDNYC: Now for New Yorkers 10 and up
The minimum age to apply for an IDNYC card has been lowered to 10 years old.
New Yorkers ages 10 through 13 can now take advantage of IDNYC benefits like free one-year memberships at many cultural institutions, plus discounts on movies, amusement parks, and other entertainment options. Additionally, your IDNYC can be used as a city-wide library card.
New Yorkers age 10 and up are eligible to apply for IDNYC, regardless of their immigration status. Applicants ages 10 through 13 must apply with a Caretaker who will be required to present their own proof of identity worth 3 points, and proof of residency if the applicant lives with them. Applicants must also present their own identity document(s) worth at least two points, at least one of which includes their date of birth (such as a birth certificate). Animal Care Centers of New York City
IDNYC cardholders receive a $25 discount on adoption fees for cats, dogs, guinea pigs, and rabbits at Animal Care Centers of New York City. If the adoption fee is less than $25, the fee will be waived.

The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark
The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark is offering IDNYC cardholders a discount of 15% off when booking a room at the Resort 21 to 59 days in advance and a discount of 25% when booking 60 or more days in advance. To take advantage of the Discount, IDNYC cardholders will be required to book the reservation at www.thekartrite.com by selecting "Rate Access/Corporate Code" from the dropdown and entering special rate code "IDNYC" or by calling 844-527-8748 and referencing the IDNYC special. Upon arrival at the Kartrite the IDNYC cardholder will be required to present their IDNYC card to validate the special booked. The IDNYC offer cannot be combined with other packages or specials and is based on availability at time of booking.

Wheel Fun Rentals offers fun and unique bike and boat rentals, designed to move you on land and water and help you explore your surroundings, all across the U.S. IDNYC cardholders can receive a 2nd Hour Free on any non-motorized rental with purchase of a 1st hour at Wheel Fun’s NYC locations in Marine Park, Bensonhurst Park, FDR Boardwalk at Sand Lake, Flushing Meadows Corona Park at David Dinkins Circle, and Flushing Meadows Corona Park on North Meadow Lake. The discount is valid at all times of operation Monday through Friday and before noon on Saturdays and Sundays but is not valid on holidays, holiday weekends, and may not be combined with another discount. Wollman Rink NYC
