Locations

You can now get an IDNYC card without an appointment at certain locations. Walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis at these locations on these days:

East New York (2400 Fulton Street, 5th Floor) - Tuesdays

Bronx Monterey - Wednesdays

Manhattan Union Square - Thursdays

Queens Public Library at Central (89-11 Merrick Boulevard) - Fridays

All other locations still require an appointment. New appointments are available every Friday for the following week (Monday to Friday).

Appointments are released each week on Friday, for the following Monday through Friday. To schedule an appointment, click here or call 311 to make an appointment. Do not book more than one appointment per person. If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, please cancel, and reschedule for a later date or time.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Before your visit, please check which identity and residency documents you need to bring. You can use the IDNYC Document Calculator to find out what documents are required.

Applicants with appointments are given a 15-minute grace period on their appointment time, based on the Enrollment Center capacity.
