Where is the Site?

The existing library sits on a 12,500 square foot City-owned lot, located on 86th Street in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. The development site also includes the adjacent 33,500 square foot City-owned municipal parking lot, which fronts 85th and 86th streets.

The library is one block from the 18 Ave D train station and has direct access to the B1 and B8 buses. P.S. 163 and P.S. 748 are located nearby.
