RFP Release  

HPD released the Inwood 9th Avenue Request for Proposals (RFP) on October 9, 2024. HPD invited developers to submit proposals to develop high-quality, sustainable housing with community amenities in Manhattan Community District 12. An online pre-submission conference was held on November 7, 2024. Submissions were due no later than 4:00 PM on January 24, 2025.
