RFP Release

HPD released the Hunter’s Point South Parcel E Request for Proposals (RFP) on June 13, 2025. HPD invites developers to submit proposals to develop a high-quality mixed-use project with affordable housing and community amenities in Queens Community District 2. An online pre-submission conference was held on July 9, 2025. Submissions are due no later than 4:00 PM on September 5,2025.

Interested parties that choose to download the RFP by submitting the form below must provide their contact information. Only those who provide their contact information will receive updates or additional communications regarding the RFP. The RFP contains a detailed description of the development program, requirements, guidelines, eligibility requirements, selection process, and submission requirements.

All communications must be made in writing. If you intend to submit a proposal for this RFP, please send an email to HuntersPointE@hpd.nyc.gov to express an intent to submit by 4:00 PM on August 8, 2025.
