RFP Release

HPD released the Hunter’s Point South Parcel E Request for Proposals (RFP) on June 13, 2025. HPD invited developers to submit proposals to develop a high-quality mixed-use project with affordable housing and community amenities in Queens Community District 2. An online pre-submission conference was held on July 9, 2025. Submissions were due no September 5,2025.
