Through this RFP, the Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) is seeking appropriately qualified vendors to provide capacity building support to DYCD funded organizations in New York City.
Please review the RFP and the attachments carefully in order to ensure that you submit the required attachments for any given competition. In the event that updates or addenda are issued for this RFP, DYCD will post the revised document to its web site and you will be sent an e-mail with specific downloading instructions.
Questions regarding this RFP should be emailed to rfpquestions@dycd.nyc.gov indicating “Capacity Building” in the subject line no later than March 11, 2016.

In accordance with the Procurement Policy Board Rules, section 3-02(h), the Department of Youth and Community Development is making available the COMPASS School Based Elementary Programs Re – Issue Request For Proposal (PPC) transcript, attendance sheets, and presentation from the PPC which was held January 14th, 2015 at 2:00 pm.
