Family Shelter Performance Reports

The Shelter Performance Report (SPR) measures shelter facilities' relative performance in key categories: linking clients to public assistance and employment, length of stay in shelter, capacity management, and housing placements. We appreciate our providers' tireless efforts in serving homeless families.

Adult Shelter Performance Reports

The Performance Incentive Program, the PIP, holds shelter providers accountable on primary indicators: permanent placements, reentry, 9-month stayers, and long term stayers placed (clients who have been in shelter for two out of the past four years).
