Outreach

As part of the City's HOME-STAT outreach efforts, the most comprehensive homeless outreach initiative in the country, outreach staff and clinicians canvass the five boroughs 24/7/365, engaging New Yorkers experiencing unsheltered homelessness, and offering them tailored services and supports that can help them transition off the streets and subways indoors.
