We encourage consultants and contractors wishing to learn more about our capital construction project delivery process to login to our Knowledge Reservoir. The Knowledge Reservoir contains:

• standard operating procedures and supporting documentation
• design and project delivery manuals
• specifications
• environmental, health & safety policies
• organizational charts
• consultant open house presentations

Existing consultants and contractors can access the Knowledge Reservoir by logging into ebuilder.net using their credentials. All other users will need to register their email address through the public portal. If you have any questions, please contact bedcsopsupport@dep.nyc.gov.

We post bidding opportunities on our website, the Mayor’s Office of Contract Services and in the City Record. If you do not have an account with City Record, please create an account.

For M/WBE Non-Competitive Small Purchases under $500,000 (M/WBE only) and Non-Competitive Micro-Purchases under $20,000 and Small Purchase bids under $100,000, we solicit bids directly from SBS-certified M/WBE vendors. Be sure to create an account with PASSPort, the City’s digital Procurement and Sourcing Solutions Portal, to access these opportunities citywide.

If you are an SBS-certified M/WBE, make sure we know about your firm and the goods/services your firm offers. Please contact mwbencsp@dep.nyc.gov, if you think your firm and DEP are a good match.
