DEP strongly encourages all potential bidders to download documents from the City Record Online. For construction contracts, DEP will continue to sell CDs that can easily be send via overnight carrier if you provide us with an account number. If you wish to purchase hard copies, please email fheras@dep.nyc.gov with the contract info. You will be notified of the time and place where you can pick up the documents.

Please note: The 17^th Floor Bid Room is currently closed. Do not appear at DEP Headquarters to pick up BID documents without first contacting us via email.
