Link Business to My Account

If you do not have an online account with DCWP, you can create an account and link your business using a PIN.

  1. Create Account.
  2. On your Dashboard, select the "Services tab."
  3. Select "Link Business to My Account."
  4. Enter PIN found on your Renewal License Application or on the Acknowledgement of Application printout from the DCWP Licensing Center. Note: If you do not have a PIN*, Request PIN.
  5. Click "Link Business."
  6. Confirm your Business Name and Address.
  7. Return to your Business Dashboard to view linked business records, including applicable license records, submitted and draft application forms, pending fees, and other records related to your business.

*If you need help with your PIN, please send an email to OnlineHelp@dcwp.nyc.gov. You will receive a response within two business hours.
