Gouverneur provides expert, no-cost treatment for medical conditions related to 9/11 in our World Trade Center Environmental Health Center. This federally funded Center of Excellence is one of three sites-along with Bellevue and Elmhurst Hospitals-established to treat residents, cleanup workers, area employees, students and others who suffer health effects related to the events of 9/11.

If you lived, worked or studied in Lower Manhattan around 9/11 and haven't felt the same since, you could qualify for our program.

Common symptoms include:
