Before you apply to host a short-term rental in New York City, make sure that your unit does not have uncorrected violations. There are certain violations that must be corrected before a registration can be granted. They are described in section 21-08(2) of the Short-Term Registration Rules. Correcting all violations can help you avoid delays in approval or denial of your application.
